Empower PT and Fitness offers Fee for Service treatments. You can receive these treatments at a flat rate without involving insurance or being a current patient at our facility. These treatments can be utilized as often as you would like, though your Therapist will recommend a clinically-appropriate frequency to follow. Cupping: $40 per application
Treatment Time: 20 minutes between Static (vacuum pump) and Dynamic (soft and mobile) cupping to the area of interest. At the first session your Therapist will ask you questions regarding your pain and symptoms to guide treatment.
Dry Needling: $40 per application; $75 for Initial Treatment and Evaluation
Treatment Time: 15-20 minutes depending on the number of needles applied. Electric stimulation may be used if the Therapist finds it clinically relevant.
30 minutes for Initial Treatment and Evaluation
**NOTE: If you haven’t been an active patient at Empower PT and Fitness for over 60 days, you will need to provide a Referral from your Physician to receive Dry Needling. In addition, the Therapist will need to perform an Initial Evaluation at the first session to guide treatment due to the complexity of the intervention.
AlterG Treadmill: $20 per session; $200 for package of 12 sessions
Treatment Time: 15 minutes; not including time to be fitted into equipment. **NOTE: You must be able to use the AlterG equipment independently to be eligible for this service, as staff will be treating current Physical Therapy patients.
