Dry Needling

Dry needling is a physical therapy technique we use to treat pain. The technique uses a needle without medication or injection inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points.

Physical therapists use dry needling with the goal of releasing trigger points to increase range of motion and ultimately relieve pain. This can help speed up the patient’s return to active rehabilitation.
