Many people are looking for that extra edge on the competition but don’t know where to go or who to trust. Our athletic improvement program is developed by professionals and designed to increase athletic performance no matter what your age, sport or goals.

  • All programs are designed specifically for that individual and are overseen by both physical therapists and fitness trainers!
  • We start by looking at the sport or sports they would like to improve in because we understand that different sports require different training techniques.
  • We then do a functional movement screening to determine where the areas of weakness are.
  • Once we identify the weaknesses and the sport needs we can develop a program specifically for that person.
  • The programs we develop focus on multiple factors rather than just one like other training facilities.
